What is the standard delivery timeframe for a new mattress?
Most mattresses are delivered within 5 to 10 business days. Custom orders or specialty frames may take up to 3 weeks depending on your location.
Do you offer a sleep trial period?
Yes, we offer a 100-night comfort guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your mattress after sleeping on it for at least 30 nights, you can exchange it for a different model.
Will you remove my old mattress when the new one arrives?
We offer a professional removal and recycling service for your old mattress for a small additional fee. Simply select 'Old Mattress Removal' at checkout.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
All our beds and mattresses come with a manufacturer's warranty ranging from 5 to 15 years, covering structural defects and sagging.
Do I need a specific base for my new mattress?
To ensure the longevity of your mattress and maintain warranty validly, we recommend a firm, level, and breathable base. Slats should be no more than 7cm apart.
